You’ll be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture strong relationships with current and new clientsDevelop, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Meta/Facebook, etc.) to achieve client goalsServe as the point of contact for all client advertising needsAttend and lead client meetings (mostly via Zoom), ensuring clear communication and timely responsesAnalyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to clientsIdentify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional servicesCollaborate with copywriters, designers, developers and technical specialists to deliver campaign assetsStay up to date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best-in-class serviceSupport continual improvement of agency systems and processesContribute to a positive, collaborative team environmentRequirements3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, PPC management, and/or CROProven hands-on experience with Google Ads and social media ad platformsStrong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign optimisationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience nurturing both staff and client relationshipsCustomer-focused, results-driven, and high attention to detailPrevious agency or multi-client experience preferredCommitment to ongoing learning and professional developmentReliable high-speed internet and a suitable WFH space for Zoom callsHow to ApplyApply via the 'Apply to this Job' button below.Applications without a cover letter will not be considered.
