Our client is an established premium services provider in the fundraising and events sector. As the organization strengthens its brand identity and expands its marketing efforts, they are seeking a highly creative and organized Content & Social Media Manager to own storytelling, content creation, and organic social presence.LocationFully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM ESTRole OverviewThe Content & Social Media Manager will create, manage, and publish content across social media, blogs, success stories, email, and the website. The role will lead the content calendar, produce short-form video, write copy, and ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.This is a hands-on, creative role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works independently, and takes ownership without requiring constant direction.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production & StrategyPlan and manage a multi-channel content calendar.Create social posts, captions, blogs, newsletters, and landing page copy.Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and case studies into short-form content.Write value-driven messaging aligned with brand voice and SEO briefs.Collaborate with freelancers on templates or light design needs.Social Media ManagementManage day-to-day posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Produce short-form video content (Reels/TikTok).Monitor engagement, responding to comments, messages, and interactions.Maintain consistent tone, visual identity, and messaging.Website & Email ContentUpdate website content, blogs, success stories, and landing pages.Assist with writing newsletters and educational email content.Collaboration & OperationsWork closely with the SEO Specialist to align topics and follow content briefs.Support internal team members with product-focused content needs.Track content and social performance to optimize future content.QualificationsExperience2–4 years in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.Strong experience with short-form video.Experience in nonprofit, B2B, or service-based industries is a plus.SkillsExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Ability to create native-feeling social content.Proficiency using Canva or similar tools for light design.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content streams.Highly proactive, creative, and resourceful.Self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative.Passion for social trends and modern storytelling.What Success Looks LikeA consistent, cohesive, high-performing organic social presence.Strong engagement growth and audience interaction.A steady cadence of high-quality content across formats.Improved brand trust and visibility across target audiences.OpportunityThis role offers the chance to shape the brand’s storytelling and organic presence across multiple platforms.
