A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join its growing Marketing and Business Development function. This role sits within the Content and Communications team, which is responsible for crafting compelling narratives that showcase the firm’s unique approach and the impactful outcomes it delivers for clients worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and content marketing teams to interpret and articulate the firm’s experience in a compelling wayCreate engaging content across multiple formats, including articles, reports, brochures, video/audio, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and client presentationsEnsure brand narrative and value proposition are consistently reflected across all materialsMaintain high standards of quality, clarity, and consistency in all contentRespond to feedback and iterate deliverables in partnership with stakeholdersConduct performance analysis of content and campaignsBrief and manage external vendors and contractorsSupport additional marketing initiatives as neededKey Requirements:3-4 years of experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within agency, professional services, or journalistic environmentsDemonstrable portfolio of successful content and campaign deliveryStrong storytelling and copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging contentExperience in brand messaging, market research, and creative asset developmentProficiency in content marketing principles and best practices
