The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with the company’s strategic goals.DO YOU HAVE:A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)At least 5 years’ experience in a similar operational or team member learning/training roleProven experience applying lean or continuous improvement methodologiesStrong computer literacy; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and project management systems such as PMWeb (preferred)Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience with training, strategic planning, or performance measurementThe ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple prioritiesA goal-oriented, adaptable, and self-driven mindsetWE WANT YOU TO:Lead and support key continuous improvement initiatives across the Development TeamAnalyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gainsDevelop and manage onboarding programs for project and team-specific rolesPromote and embed lean design and construction practices and methodologies across the Development TeamAdminister Lessons Learned process, promotinge collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across teamsCoordinate and report on Learning and Development activitiesFacilitate training, Kaizen events, and other lean initiativesManage process documentation and ensure compliance with company standardsDrive knowledge management and strategic planning effortsMonitor and report on improvement outcomes using analyticsFoster a culture of continuous learning and high performanceDEADLINE: Midnight, Friday 14 November 2025.
