We’re looking for someone who knows how to balance organizational priorities, work across cross-functional teams and take ownership of contract management procedures. We have a team that is passionate about what they do, and you're excited to jump in and play a pivotal role in helping to innovate how we do it.Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities and works as an individual contributor.Duties & Responsibilities:Contract lifecycle management - Oversees contracts from creation and negotiation through execution, monitoring, and renewal or termination. Key responsibilities include preparation, review, negotiation, and advisement on template and non-standard commercial and procurement contract and work orders.Administrative support - Performs various administrative duties, such as managing records, supporting office management tasks, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems.Compliance and risk mitigation: Ensures contracts and operations adhere to company policies and relevant state and federal regulations, helping to mitigate risks and uphold legal obligations. Compliance looks like working within an data security, ISO27001, and EHS framework.Records & Data Management - Management of platforms such as DocuSign and Hubspot to administer accurate and organized records of all contractual agreements, including uploading and scanning documents into a system for easy retrieval. Manages and updates contract-related data, including version control and the efficient retrieval of legal and administrative information.Liaison and Communication – Act as central point of stakeholder coordination, liaising with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to clarify contract terms and resolve issues.Required Skills & AbilitiesExperience of interpreting, advising on, implementing and maintaining standard legal team policies and procedures within a large commercial organization.Ability to effectively prioritize and organize work within deadlines.Clear and effective written and verbal communication.Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skill to maximize internal and external relationships.Proven ability to produce accurate work with strong attention to detail.Strong ability to effectively utilize legal operations tools.Strong ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).Demonstrated understanding of handling confidential or sensitive matters.Ability to manage duties and additional projects assigned within specified timeframes with minimal supervision.Required Education & Experience2 –4 years professional experience in administrative, contract or compliance work; or demonstrated equivalentBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, international development, project management, or related field; or equivalent professional experienceOptional: Experience working with systems such as DocuSign, Hubspot and the Microsoft Suite preferred Our Culture:Five core values power everything we do:Honor.
