They pride themselves on their professionalism, integrity, and dedication to excellence.The OpportunityThis top class builder is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Administrator to join their dynamic Brisbane team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a supportive and growth-oriented company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient financial and contractual management of their projects, working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.Your first project will be a $25M school build located on the north side of Brisbane.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation and management of subcontractor contracts and purchase orders.Reviewing and processing subcontractor claims and progress payments.Managing variations and extensions of time.Assisting with project cost control and financial reporting.Liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding contractual matters.Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.Assisting with the preparation of head contract progress claims.Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.Skills And ExperienceA minimum of 3 to 5 years plus of experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction industryExperience working on projects from $5M to $20MDemonstrated experience in managing a diverse range of construction projects.Strong understanding of Australian construction contractsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Cheops, Jobpac, Aconex, Procore)A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is highly regarded.Why Join Our BusinessBe part of a well-respected and financially stable company with a strong pipeline of work.Work on diverse and challenging projects that will expand your experience.Enjoy a collaborative and supportive team culture.Opportunities for career development and advancement.Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience.A commitment to work-life balance.Brisbane-based role with local projects.How to Apply:Please contact David Hope at CGC Recruitment on 0406 665 799 or email your CV [email protected]
