Quadient Finance Ireland Ltd is recruiting a Contract & Sales Support Administrator to join our Company on a permanent full-time basis.The role will support both the sales support and contract admin teams. It will be a hybrid role with 2 days per week in office based in Citywest, Dublin. The ideal candidate should have experience in credit control, data entry, administrative roles, sales support & also be confident communicating by telephone.Your role in our futureCash collection of Irish debtor accounts through verbal and written communication.Processing leasing contracts in the company’s leasing software.Answering customer queries relating to contracts.Liaise with colleagues in other Quadient distribution companies to resolve queries on leasing contractsHandling all general queries for sales team, including information on contracts and helping resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing lease orders.Collate and analyse existing customer exposure (existing contracts, outstanding amount, yield, term, frequency etc.)Daily liaison with sales teams and support.Provide credit analysis for UK/Ireland.Other ad-hoc dutiesYour profilePrevious credit control/administration experience required.Previous sales support will also be an advantage.Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative, while working to deadlines. Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Knowledge gaps can be filled.
