We take pride in our dedication to quality and creativity in every project.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Contracts Administrator located in the Pyrmont/ North Sydney Area. The Contract Administrator will oversee contract management processes for our Boutique Luxury 9 Unit Apartment Project, ensure compliance with procurement procedures, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing procurement efforts, maintaining comprehensive contract records, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The individual will play a key role in optimizing processes and fostering effective communication between all parties.QualificationsProficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract ManagementStrong Analytical Skills for reviewing contracts and ensuring accuracyExcellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team membersExperience in procurement processes and proceduresAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyPrior experience in construction, design, or project managementMust Haves:Driver License Construction White Card Experience in Class 2 Construction
