Our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Exercise Scientists are dedicated to providing the highest standard of care using science and evidence-based methods to achieve the best outcome.During a time of significant growth, you will play a key role in shaping our future and developing your career.The Role Join Kieser’s growing Medical Partnerships Team and play a vital role in supporting compliance, governance, and performance across key healthcare partnerships and funding programs.As the Contract Compliance Coordinator, you’ll work alongside the Head of Medical Partnerships to monitor service agreements, assess risk, analyse data, and help drive operational excellence across multiple streams — including Private Health Insurance, Active Ageing & Ability, and Corporate programs.Whether your background is in administration, operations, or contract support, you're looking for a role where you can contribute, learn, and be part of a team making real improvements.To Thrive In This Role, You'll Bring The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Confidence using Microsoft Excel, with the ability to apply a creative and solutions-focused approach to reporting. An organised, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
