The physical location for the candidate selected must reside within the contiguous United States. Please note this is a contract role. Hours expected would be 2 days a week, 7.5 hours per day. It’s encouraged to give and receive feedback to ensure two-way accountability with a focus on continual improvement both personally and professionally!What you will be doing in the role of a Content Marketing Coordinator (Contract)The Temporary Content Marketing Coordinator will support the Brand Marketing team by assisting with analytics, reporting, SEO implementation and content/ project management across digital platforms. This role will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand execution and optimized content performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Hours expected would be 2 days a week, 7.5 hours per day. What You Will Bring To The TableAnalytics and Reporting Pull and compile data for weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.Track and analyze performance metrics for ShareForCures and other mission-related programs.Support ad campaign tracking and contribute to insights that inform future content strategies.SEO and Content Optimization Coordinate with Komen’s SEO partner agency to request reports, gather recommendations and summarize key findings for internal teams.Support foundational SEO best practices on the back end of web pages and YouTube videos, administrative support for update. Content Management and Distribution Manage YouTube channel uploads, organize videos, maintaining naming conventions and ensuring consistent branding.Support the optimization of digital content across Komen.org and other owned platforms such as, embedding YouTube content and linking landing pages in YouTube descriptions.Project Management and Collaboration Oversee design requests from Mission in Asana, ensuring timelines are met and requests continue to move through the appropriate brand marketing team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Digital and Mission, to support ongoing content initiatives.Draft basic ad copy and assist with campaign coordination as needed.We Know You Will Have And Be Able ToBachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or a related role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, YouTube Studio).Experience with Asana or similar project management software a plus.Excellent communication and writing skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.So, what’s in it for you?Komen Believes In The Importance Of Taking Care Of Our Employees So That In Turn They Can Be Committed To Supporting Our Critical Mission To Support Those Impacted By Breast Cancer And To Help Find Cures.
