We’re now looking for a highly organised and proactive Contract Coordinator to support our operations and ensure the smooth delivery of our contract administration processes.This is a key role in the heart of our business — perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and improving systems.What You’ll Be Responsible ForProcess timesheets, purchase orders, vouchers, and supplier invoices.Manage supplies (PPE, stationery, consumables).Support end-of-month tasks and improve admin processes.Maintain digital and physical records, including disposal documentation.Prepare run sheets, JSEAs, and other job documents.Be the first point of contact for incoming calls.Set up new contracts and maintain accurate tracking systems.Monitor job progress, profitability, and outstanding paperwork.Create claims, invoices, credit notes, and reporting data.Update customer and internal systems (training provided).What You’ll Bring To The RoleProven experience in office administration, contract coordination, or operational support.Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a fast-paced workload confidently.Comfortable working with business systems (e.g., D365, RAMM, Vault — full training provided).Clear and confident communication skills.A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.Why Choose InterGroup?At InterGroup, you’ll join a supportive, close-knit team that values efficiency, safety, and innovation.
