RequirementsMinimum of Grade 12 CertificateMore than 10 Years of TMM experienceTrade Test Certificate (Section 13 and or 26)Must be in possession of a valid Certificate of Fitness (Red Ticket)Valid Code 08 Drivers LicenseManagement Certificate/DiplomaOverview - Contract Manager & LeadThe Contract Manager or Lead is responsible for overseeing the negotiation, development, and execution of the established contract between the organization (GHH Technical Services) and its clients, vendors, suppliers, or other parties. The primary goal is to ensure that contracts are legally sound, meet the needs of the parties involved, and are adhered to throughout their lifecycle.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Contract Development.Contract Administration.Risk Management.Negotiation.Communication.Legal Compliance.Contract Review.Documentation.Vendor Management.Training and Education.Budgeting and Cost Management.Continuous Improvement.General:Manage the OEM Maintenance / Audit Contracts - will be situated on mine.Working Hours to be determined by ClientLead the Charge Hand on Site with Planned Maintenance in a manner that promotes reliability with total cost saving to the Client. (If Applicable)Visit Underground Workshop/s three days a week. If workshop is on surface visit needs to be on a daily basis.Liaise with Mine Foremen and Engineers on a daily basis.Safeguarding existing business & promoting new business.Ensure Site Safety, capturing of Safety File, HSEQ system.See to it that the daily Inspections are done, over Inspections get done and that all Data is Captured.Regularly review on site documents for improvements and distribute to relevant parties.Accompany Client to New/Rebuild Machine pre delivery Inspections.Assisting with the site Planner/Administrator functions when Planner/Administrator is on leave.Generate Daily and Weekly report: Reports to be distributed to GHH TS Operational Manager and GHH TS General Manager and/or CustomerGenerate Month Report – Availabilities, Breakdowns, condition of machines, MOC status, etc. And distributed to GHH TS Operational Manager, GHH TS General Manager and Client.Ensure all De-commissioning and Commissioning reports are correctly completed.Manage all HR issues, Time / Attendance, Medicals & Inductions, leave for your siteInsuring monthly invoicing is in order – Labour, Overtime etc.Availability of Machines and ensuring quality of work performed.Ensure that all Site Stores as managed. ( if applicable)Manage on site Asset Register.Liaise between GHH MM Branch, LCS and Head Office.Attend monthly OEM meeting at the Client. Give positive inputs and the required feedbacks.Getting Client approvals of Monthly Maintenance & Spares Invoices.Direct Reporting to GHH Technical Services Operational Manager.Participate in the Management of Change process & implementation.Identify Training needs of people on Site and communicate with Head Office.Ensuring requested Audits from Customer is conducted and distributed to the relevant parties including Operational Manager.Compile Maintenance/Audit Proposal and distribute to Operations Manager and General Manager for Approval.
