Contract Logistics Senior Sales ManagerLocation: Singapore (covering Singapore & Malaysia)Reports to: Singapore Managing Director / Head of Logistics DivisionNationality: Open to all (except Korean nationals)About the RoleOur company is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Sales Manager – Contract Logistics to drive business growth across Singapore and Malaysia, and lead regional sales initiatives within Southeast Asia.This role will focus on developing new customers beyond existing Samsung accounts and delivering tailored warehousing and logistics solutions that meet client needs.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new Contract Logistics customers, especially non-Samsung accounts.Conduct direct sales activities across Singapore and Malaysia.Engage with potential clients to understand their logistics needs and propose customized warehousing solutions.Analyze market trends, industry data, and regional developments to uncover new opportunities.Prepare and execute Account Action Plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports for internal meetings.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end logistics solutions aligned with customer requirements.Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.2. Implementation & CollaborationPartner with Contract Logistics Innovation and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service alignment for new customers.Support team expansion, mentor new hires, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.Advanced English proficiency; other language skills are a plus.Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a strong focus on Contract Logistics.Proven track record in new business development and sales.Experience in managing large-scale, long-term contracts and global accounts.Existing customer network across Southeast Asia and Australia is an advantage.Familiarity with supply chain solution systems (FIS/WMS/TMS).Candidates with extensive experience from leading global logistics companies are highly encouraged to apply.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, and Warehouse Operations.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership capabilities.Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to inspire teams toward ambitious sales goals.Contact:Zalo / Phone: 0765 009 778Email: mai.nguyen@besthr.com.vn
