Contract Manager

The Contracts Manager is responsible for managing and controlling all contractual and commercial matters across large-scale construction projects. The role requires strong knowledge of FIDIC conditions, local government standards, and experience coordinating with investors, contractors, and designers to ensure full compliance and effective contract administration.Key Responsibilities:Lead all contractual and commercial activities for major construction projects.Review, interpret, and manage contract terms and conditions in accordance with FIDIC and local regulations.Prepare, review, and negotiate contract agreements, amendments, and variations.Administer contracts to ensure compliance and protect company interests.Manage claims, disputes, and change orders efficiently and professionally.Coordinate with investors, contractors, designers, and legal teams on contractual issues.Provide contractual advice and risk assessments to project management.Ensure accurate documentation and maintain contract records throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture).Minimum 15 years of total experience, including at least 10 years in mega projects as a Contract Administrator working with investors, contractors, and designers.Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local government rules and standards.Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and resolve disputes.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Proficient in contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in GCC countries (especially Saudi Arabia).Experience in large-scale projects.
