Contracts Manager (Germany)Location: GermanyGerman and English requiredA rapidly expanding EPC/OEM operating across major onshore and offshore renewable energy and infrastructure projects is building its commercial and contractual capability in Germany. To support this growth, we are recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration, risk assessment and stakeholder coordination throughout the project lifecycle.Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will support the preparation, negotiation and management of project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and commercial requirements. You will work closely with project managers, engineering teams, procurement and external partners to maintain contractual clarity, identify risks, resolve issues and protect the company’s commercial interests.This role offers strong visibility, exposure to complex international projects and a clear progression path as the German and wider European organisation continues to scale.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation, review and negotiation of project contractsAssist in risk identification, compliance checks and mitigation planningMaintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with project managers to ensure contractual obligations are metManage contract documentation, variations, claims and correspondenceSupport dispute resolution processes and help safeguard commercial outcomesProvide regular reporting on contract status, risks and project progress to senior managementContribute to continuous improvement of contract management processes and standardsCandidate ProfileDegree in law, business, engineering, commercial management or a related disciplineThree to seven years of experience in contract management within renewables, construction, EPC or large infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of contract law, commercial risk and industry standardsProficient in contract management tools and MS Office applicationsExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsFluent in German and EnglishStructured, detail-focused and able to work under pressure and to deadlinesCollaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindsetWhy joinThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing European team where your expertise will directly influence project outcomes and organisational standards.
