If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about making a difference, we invite you to join our growing team.We’re looking for a hands-on, organized, and customer-focused Office Operations Manager to lead our Meppen office.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager (ROM), you will oversee the day-to-day administrative, customer service, and sales support functions. You will lead a motivated team of Customer Service and Sales Support professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient operations, and strict adherence to company policies and procedures. More specifically you’ll:Lead and develop the Customer Service and Sales Support team to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer experiencesCoach, mentor, and motivate your team to perform at their best and uphold a collaborative, customer-focused cultureOversee all customer service and sales support activities before, during, and after auctions, ensuring every process runs smoothly and accuratelyManage site administration and financial tasks, including payments, accounts receivable, supplier coordination, and tax exemption approvalsCollaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations to keep communication clear and processes alignedPlan and organize auction preparations, ensuring the site is ready for seamless sale day operationsHire, schedule, and manage part-time and visiting staff to support busy auction periodsMonitor performance metrics and look for opportunities to improve efficiency and service qualityLive and promote Ritchie Bros.’ Core Values — teamwork, integrity, diversity, and passion — while fostering a safe and inclusive work environmentHere Is What You BringYou’re an energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
