Contract Specialist (Legal)

Our client is hiring for a Contract Specialist/Legal expert is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of contracts to protect the organization’s legal and financial interests. This role requires a strong legal foundation to ensure all agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while supporting efficient and compliant business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Drafting & Review: Prepare, analyze, and revise vendor, service, and subcontractor agreements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective risk mitigation.Negotiation: Lead or support negotiations with vendors, clients, and partners to secure favorable terms and protect organizational interests.Risk Management: Identify potential liabilities, assess contractual risks, and recommend mitigation strategies in coordination with legal counsel.Contract Administration: Maintain a centralized contract repository, track key milestones and renewals, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.Advisory Support: Provide legal and contractual guidance to internal teams regarding interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution; liaise with external counsel when necessary.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in law or a related field.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management, procurement, or legal advisory roles.Experience in government, IT, or defense contracting is highly desirable.Proficiency in Arabic and English for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.Familiarity with contract management tools.
