Position Title: Contracts SpecialistIndustry: Human Resources ServicesLocation: Maadi, CairoEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 2 to 4 years of experienceReports to: Contracts, Tenders & Quality ManagerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Specialist to join our team at Premier Services and Recruitment, a subsidiary of Premier Group. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management principles.Job Responsibilities & Duties:Fulfilling new Clients’ requests.Developing and preparing the Tender’s Financial and Technical proposals.Drafting, reviewing and editing contracts between Premier and Clients.Assuring that the contracts are updated and in compliance with the relevant laws of Egypt.Negotiating the contracts' T&Cs with Clients.Following & implementing the contracts renewal process.Sharing our Customer Satisfaction Survey with our clients under the direction of the Contracts Manager.Sharing our Supporting Functions Satisfaction Survey internally with our employees under the direction of the Contracts Manager.Participating in fulfilling the tenders’ RFQ/RFP and any other related requirements.Participating in the implementation of the old Contracts’ reviewing plan.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Excellent in both English & Arabic languages.Experience:2 to 4 Years of previous experience.Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in Service Agreements, Offers & Tenders.Detail-oriented.V. Good command of computer (Word, Excel & Power point).
