Lawyer (Court of Appeal Level)

Requirements:1. Must hold qualification to appear before the Egyptian Court of Appeal.2. Capable of independently handling various litigation cases.3. Proficient in English (Chinese language skills are an advantage).4. Able to draft professional legal documents independently.5. Experience in providing legal services to foreign enterprises (experience with Chinese companies is preferred).6. Familiar with the organizational structure, procedures, and regulations of GAFI (General Authority for Investment and Free Zones) and SCZONE (Suez Canal Economic Zone).7. Able to independently complete various corporate legal procedures, including company registration, import/export license applications, and contractor association qualifications, etc...Compensation: Negotiable.
