We are currently seeking a candidate for a 12-month contractor position (extendable) focused primarily on sales activities for Google for Education products.Contractor Role: Google for Education Sales ManagerRole Level: Manager (5–7+ years experience)Compensation: Based on seniority of the candidateDuration: 12-month contract with employment agency (extendable for additional 12-month periods)Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid/Remote)Employer: Employment with Digital Future Middle East FZ-LLC, working directly as consultant/contractor with Google FZ-LLC.Role DescriptionAs a contractor Sales Manager in the Google for Education MENA team, you will drive Chromebooks and Workspace for Education usage in government, private, and higher education institutions across Saudi Arabia. You will play a key role in optimizing sales processes—including regional events, asset syndication, pipeline management, and partner support.To succeed, you must have previous sales experience in the Education sector and understand that the value of EdTech lies in delivering holistic solutions that improve learning outcomes, including professional development and change management. This role is highly customer-facing and requires daily engagement with prospects and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesRegular activities include:Supporting management of the sales pipelineProviding operational support for Google-led and partner events in Saudi ArabiaCollaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholdersHelping prospects understand and engage with Google for Education solutionsIdentifying opportunities alongside cross-functional teamsArticulating solutions and value propositions clearly in customer conversationsSales DevelopmentDrive high prospect engagement to share timely information about Google for EducationHelp Sales & Marketing reach market targets in Saudi ArabiaAdvise customers on the best solutions and implementation approachesBuild trust with prospects, partners, and internal teamsAct as the communication point for Google managementUse account intelligence to ensure alignment with Google teamsMaintain accurate accounts, leads, and opportunities in SalesforceSupport regional initiatives and daily operations for the Google for Education teamLead ManagementAssess and prioritize leads quicklyProvide customers with relevant options based on their needsPartner EngagementLeverage partner relationships to support customer requirementsLead partner events (planning, execution, reporting)Support partner needs across Saudi ArabiaMinimum Qualifications (MQs)Bachelor’s degree with strong academic backgroundIdeally 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the Education sectorWritten and oral fluency in English and ArabicStrong communication and presentation skillsGoal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and competitiveAbility to work independently and within a teamCustomer-focused, providing exemplary servicePreferred Qualifications (PQs)Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skillsCurious and eager to grow professionallyExperience working with cross-functional teamsAbility to handle multiple tasks and shifting prioritiesStrong attention to detailCRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
