Job Title: Presales Executive Intern Location: Riyadh / Remote Duration: 6 Months Department: Sales / Presales Type: Internship (with potential for extension or full-time offer)About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven Presales Executive Intern who can bridge technical know-how with clear, persuasive communication. You’ll support our sales and presales teams in engaging prospects, preparing solution proposals, and shaping a strong technical narrative during customer conversations. This role suits someone who already has a foundation in IT services and sales—and wants to sharpen those skills in a hands-on environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with sales and technical teams to develop client-focused proposals, presentations, and solution outlines.Assist in qualifying customer needs, gathering requirements, and mapping them to our service offerings.Participate in product demos, discovery calls, and presales meetings as needed.Conduct basic competitive research and prepare insights for internal teams.Support RFP/RFQ responses with relevant technical and commercial inputs.Maintain structured documentation for presales activities and client interactions.Help identify improvement areas in sales processes, pitches, and solution positioning.Required QualificationsFluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with strong English communication skills.Previous experience in IT services, technical sales, or presales support.A solid grasp of core IT concepts—such as cloud services, networking, software solutions, or managed services.Comfort engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and explaining technical ideas clearly.Strong research, presentation, and documentation abilities.Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).Experience preparing sales decks, technical write-ups, or proposal materials.Basic understanding of solution architecture or technical scoping.A proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly.What You’ll GainReal exposure to presales cycles and enterprise client interactions.Mentorship from senior sales and technical leaders.Hands-on training in proposal development, product positioning, and solution storytelling.A chance to grow into a full-time presales or sales role based on performance.How to ApplySend your CV, a brief statement about your experience in IT services and sales, and your availability to careers@wcidecs.com with the subject line: Presales Executive Intern.
