TRIO MANUFACTURINGContracts Administrator$25 - $33 PER HOURFULL-TIME EMPLOYEEEL SEGUNDO, CAIN-DEMAND POSITIONJob DescriptionThe Contracts Administrator plays a key role in providing outstanding customer service and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate communication with customers. This position is responsible for managing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining contract-related documentation to support operational and sales functions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including quotes, pricing, and other sales-related matters.Receive, log, and process all Requests for Quotes (RFQs); ensure timely submission to customers.Submit RFQs for special materials as needed.Receive, log, review, and acknowledge all Purchase Orders (POs), route to appropriate internal departments for action.Ensure clear communication of customer-related updates to the appropriate internal departments.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, product availability, and customer concerns.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to address customer requirements and ensure seamless execution.Participate in customer meetings or calls as required.Track and report on customer sales data as required.Maintain organized records, filing systems, and document archiving.Handle incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is preferred.Working knowledge of the manufacturing industry.Proven experience in contract administration or a related role.Strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities.Proficient in technical writing, particularly in drafting and reviewing complex contracts.Experience with ERP or MRP systems is highly desirable.Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic planning or business development experience is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe software.APPLY TO THIS POSITION
