You’ll lead proposal support and risk assessment activities, negotiate and draft contracts, and apply broad knowledge of contract law and administration principles to deliver high-quality results. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and help ensure compliance with Jacobs’ policies and client requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupport contract reviews and risk assessments for new and existing agreementsReview, draft, and negotiate contracts for small to mid-size projectsLead proposal phase activities, including compliance checks and risk assessmentsIdentify and mitigate contractual risks in collaboration with Legal and Risk teamsMaintain and update contract databases, ensuring version control and accuracyProvide guidance on regulatory compliance and contractual obligationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex contract issuesContribute to process improvements and best practices in contract administrationHere's what you'll needMinimum qualification LLB law degree from a reputable universityExperience 4-7 years in contract administration, legal support, or related fieldStrong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of contract structures, risk management principles, and compliance frameworksAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyIdeally, You’ll Also HaveIntermediate-level certification in contract management (e.g., NCMA’s CPCM or equivalent)Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba)Exposure to public sector contracting or infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with international contracting standards and government regulationsAvailability This role requires flexible working hours to support global operations and ensure timely project delivery.
