You’ll assist in evaluating RFPs, preparing contract summaries, and ensuring that contract terms align with Jacobs’ policies and client requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupport contract reviews and risk assessments for new and existing agreementsAssist in proposal phase activities including certs and reps, compliance checks, and contract term analysisMaintain and update contract databases and ensure version controlCommunicate with internal stakeholders regarding contract status and requirementsContribute to process improvements and documentation standardsCoordinate with Legal, Risk, and Project Controls teams on contract-related issuesHere's what you'll needMinimum qualification undergraduate degree from a reputable university, preferably an LLB2–3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal supportStrong analytical and time management skillsWorking knowledge of contract structures, terms, and risk elementsAbility to interpret RFPs and client requirementsIdeally, You’ll Also HaveCertification in contract management (e.g., NCMA’s CFCM or equivalent)Experience with contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., Icertis, SAP Ariba)Exposure to public sector contracting or infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with government regulations and compliance frameworksAvailability This role requires flexible working hours to support global operations and ensure timely project delivery.
