In this role, you will be at the heart of control and compliance activities, working directly with thedepartment and management. You will play a key role in the management of sensitive files linked to embargoes and international payments.DescriptionYou will join the Control department, under the supervision of the Financial Services Manager;You will be responsible for the complete preparation of embargo files, from their creation to their submission to the Compliance department for in-depth analysis, ensuring that payment deadlines are met;You guarantee the quality, verification and follow-up of each file until its closure, in coordination with the Manager and Compliance Officer;You ensure weekly invoicing of files processed;You will provide administrative support to the Control department, in particular in the search for proof of payment and the corresponding invoicing;You prepare and send out signed official certificates, ensuring that administrative follow-up is carried out correctly;You will participate in the management of CAD (Cash Against Documents) files: you will check and encode documents on the dedicated platform, then ensure that they are followed up and sent to the banks concerned;You will work closely with management, the Compliance department and internal teams, in an environment based on communication, trust and cooperation;ProfileYou have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or law;You are fluent in French, have a good level of English and a good command of Italian;You have a keen interest in compliance and AML/KYC issues;You have an analytical mind and great attention to detail;You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);You are autonomous, proactive and enjoy working in a team environment.OfferA friendly, multicultural and collaborative work environment;A rewarding experience in the fields of control and compliance;Realistic career prospects, adapted to a junior profile;Attractive remuneration package, including fringe benefits (luncheon vouchers, insurance, additional vacations);Comprehensive in-house training and personalized support from the moment you arrive;A healthy work-life balance.
