The Controller ensures accuracy across all reporting, tax, and compliance functions while helping guide key financial decisions.Requirements5+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, or controllership.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Proven experience managing cash flow, P&L budgets, and forecasting.Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (Shopify / ApparelMagic a plus).Exceptional analytical and communication skills.Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Salary $100,000-$130,000
