Collaborate in the preparation of periodic performance reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly). Support variance analysis between actual and budgeted results. Process Documentation and Improvement: Support the documentation of existing financial and controlling processes. Identify opportunities for process efficiency improvements under supervision. General Controlling Team Support: Perform administrative and support tasks for the Controlling team as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute new ideas. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis and presentation. ProfileEducation: Currently enrolled in the final years of a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles. Skills & Competencies: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of pivot tables, basic formulas is a plus). Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work with data and keen attention to detail.
