Controlling Officer (German Speaking)

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional who is passionate about controlling and financial performance, fluent in German, and eager to contribute to a dynamic commercial environment.The company offers a supportive working culture, strong collaboration across departments, and the opportunity to take ownership of impactful controlling activities across multiple entities.ResponsibilitiesContribute to the definition of corporate objectives and business strategies.Coordinate planning and budgeting cycles, including ongoing monitoring and follow-up.Perform periodic analyses comparing targets vs. actuals across sales, costs, profit, and financial indicators, and propose corrective actions where needed.Conduct profitability assessments and situational analyses for several entities.Support key stakeholders across retail, import, and service divisions with relevant financial insights.Identify significant deviations from targets and communicate actionable recommendations.Monitor and follow up on real estate investments and their financial performance.RequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in Controlling or Accounting, or an equivalent qualification.Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling, commercial audit, finance, or a similar analytical function.Strong analytical mindset with an excellent understanding of operational and financial processes.Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with cost accounting and budgeting tools.Fluency in German is required; good command of English is essential.
