We are looking for someone who brings maturity, accuracy, and a strong client-service ethic to the conveyancing process. The ideal candidate will be able to work accurately under pressure in a high-volume environment and deliver consistently high-quality work.Key Requirements • Minimum 10 years’ full-time experience as a Conveyancing Secretary • Proficient in LexisConvey, Windeed, and MS Office (strong Word/Excel/Outlook skills) • Matric essential; conveyancing certificate or relevant tertiary qualification advantageous • Excellent command of English and AfrikaansCore Competencies • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under pressure • Clear and professional written and verbal communication • Strong planning, prioritisation, and deadline management • Team-oriented with sound judgement and problem-solving initiative • Consistently produces first-time-right documentation and maintains low note rates
