Join us as our COO (Founding Team) in Stockholm. As a key leadership position, you will help shape NapLab’s strategy, culture and execution. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders to turn world-class science into a scalable business and help build what will become the most effective medically certified solution for improved sleep.About UsWe are a dynamic health-tech startup tackling the global challenge of poor sleep quality. Our mission is to develop groundbreaking solutions that enhance sleep by leveraging the latest advances in technology and science (AI, signal processing, and human-centered mobile experiences). If you’re passionate about improving sleep health and want hands-on responsibility in an early-stage startup, we want you on this journey.The Role (What you’ll do)Build the operating engine: Design/run company rhythms (OKRs, weekly exec reviews, dashboards, forecasting, budgets).Go-to-market & growth ops: Shape launch plans, pricing, channel experiments, and partnerships (clinics, universities, wellness brands).Product & customer ops: Stand up feedback loops, test pipelines, and outcome measurement for sleep improvement.People & culture: Lead hiring, onboarding, performance systems; foster a high-ownership learning culture.Finance & legal: Own operating model, cash runway, vendor contracting; support fundraising & investor relations.Regulatory & quality readiness: Coordinate pathways toward medical certification (e.g., CE/MDR; FDA as applicable) and drive privacy/security (GDPR, ISO-style processes).About You5+ years in fast-moving tech or health-tech; you’ve scaled 0→1→10 products or teams.Proven track record running cross-functional operations (OKRs, budget/forecast, GTM ops, hiring).Comfortable in regulated environments (health/data/medical); able to coordinate with QA/RA experts.Data-driven; you turn metrics into action and build clear dashboards.Excellent communicator; calm under pressure; bias to action and ownership.Location: Able to work regularly on-site in Stockholm (hybrid OK).Bonus: experience with mobile product businesses, clinical/academic partnerships, or sleep/biometric tech.What We OfferFounding impact: Shape strategy, culture, execution.Significant equity with huge upside potential.
