The details of the position are the following:What we’re looking for:Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and follow-upExperience in administrative or project support roles (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environmentAttention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetJob Description: The project coordinator will coordinate all MEP projects in the residential and commercial sectors. He/She will work in close collaboration with Project Manager and Project Supervisors to ensure the efficient completion of each MEP project. This position is focused on MEP, but coordination of Fire Alarms and other trades will be required.Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating and tracking project schedules, procurement schedules, material and equipment logistics, tendering packages, creating submittals, keeping all document control, coordinating BCU permits, inspections, and liaising with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors.In addition to his main responsibilities, the coordinator will assist in administrative duties. He/She will assist in purchasing supplies, ensuring adequate inventory, planning budgets, prioritizing purchases, and preparing cost estimates, payrolls, and invoicing. Requirements & Qualifications: 1.     College degree in: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.2.     1-3 years experience MEP projects coordination.3.     Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.4.     Ability to work on tight deadlines.5.     Proefficiency in the following software: AutoCADMicrosoft Project, Primavera or alike.MS Office, primarily MS ExcelWrightsoft (desire not required)Estimating Software i.e. Accubid, McCormick or ConEst.Bluebeam6.     Proefficience with Building codes:NEC 2014International Building Code 2009   i.     International Mechanical Code 2009       ii.     International Plumbing Code 2009       iii.     International Fire Code 20097.     Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.Benefits: 1.     Salary Range Per Anum: USD$18,000 - $24,000 (based on performance)2.     2 weeks vacation per annum.
