FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Coordinator for Content & Acquisitions to support FOX Entertainment Global’s efforts to acquire, co-produce, and license premium programming across scripted, unscripted, formats, film, and kids & family content for global distribution. The coordinator will be responsible for tracking the full workflow of content submissions and working cross-functionally with support staff and executives across sales, marketing, legal, operations, finance, and strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is passionate about premium global content of all genres. Additional duties include light administrative support. Looking for someone to grow with the company.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESManage acquisition department databases, project records, and deal trackers, including logging pitches and submissionsManage the accuracy and regular dissemination of producer reports, which track sales activityManage schedules for markets and festivalsRead scripts and provide coverage weeklyMaintain a strong network of junior executives and coordinators to bring in potential new talent or creative material for reviewMaintain the calendars for producer meetings/callsMaintain files and coordinate all other special projects as necessarySource and track producers, IP, etc., to help build and sustain a robust project pipeline that aligns with department and overall company strategy/goalsTrack network and streamer partners’ mandates and contacts, as well as industry trendsOversee readers and story coverage, as well as internsEnsure the global sales force and content team have up-to-date materials and are properly equipped to take content to marketLiaise with all internal departments to make sure requests are processed in a timely manner and the content and acquisitions team is aware of any issues that may arise pertaining to Legal, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and/or Distribution delivery mattersAttend producer meetings with executives when requested, and take detailed notes and follow-ups as neededCreate presentation decksServe as backup to other administrative assistants when necessaryWHAT YOU WILL NEED4+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Coordinator in content acquisitions, content development, co-production, or sales in the TV or Film distribution environmentExperienced in writing creative coverage for TV or Film projectsTeam player who operates in a fast-paced settingAble to organize and establish administrative procedures independently, draft correspondence and reports, and work under pressureSkilled in prioritizing and responding to changing business needsExceptional attention to detail, organization, communication, and analytical skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and generative AI applicationsCollaborative and flexible team player with professional demeanorAbility to build and foster internal and external relationshipsAbility to work with high level senior managers and demonstrate discretionAbility to manage scheduling across multiple time zonesFamiliarity and deep passion for the global TV landscapeA can-do attitude and a desire to grow your career within the international content industryOffice coverage could require extended work hours – must be available to work overtime or travel domestically and internationally as neededNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKERBachelor's degree#LI-DNIWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
