Company DescriptionThe packer/picker is responsible for efficiently and accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse environment. This role involves using various tools and technologies to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment, while also maintaining a high standard of safety and productivity.Job DescriptionDuties & Responsibilities:Select and retrieve order items from storage shelves or designated locations by using barcodes, serial numbers, SKU, etc. Picked items along with the tray can vary between 15-50 lbs. The tray must be picked up from table and set to cart for distributionUpdate stock inventory after retrieving picked itemsManaging stock control, including item replenishing and storagePerform general warehouse duties when necessary.Positive attitude - have a positive can-do attitude every day.Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Understand and read basic English because the picking sheets are in English. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: 18.50 USD -19.25 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
