Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.For our site in Wijchen for 100% on site position we are looking for a Coordinator Logistics Supply Chain.In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Process (investigate and close) the complaints (Logistic Quality Complaints & Non-Conformances) and monitor and discuss the performance with the 3PL. Challenge them to take counter measures if necessary. Support the Logistics & Distribution team continuous improvements, related to customer satisfaction, overall logistics performance or cost reductions; Perform operational and administrative tasks that may utilize various systems, such as Oracle and SmartSolve, involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Work with occasional guidance in own area of responsibilities; Completes main tasks with a limited degree of supervision after the onboarding period: The associate will be supporting the Logistics & Distribution team with operational tasks related to Inbound, Inventory, Outbound and Quality. Ensure Site KPIs, such as On time Delivery (OTD), Dock to Stock, Quality, Stock accuracy on departmental level.The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include High school degree (or equivalent degree). Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations, with ERP knowledge, strong analytical skills, and good Excel knowledge. Fluent in English, any other European language is an advantage.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Organizational sensitive: able to interface with internal stakeholders on operational levels and the 3PL Distribution Center Oracle knowledge is a plus Able to drive Continuous Improvement projects in own area of work Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasksAdditional Job DetailsThis position will work on site in Wijchen.Join our winning team today.
