Astha Feed Industries Ltd is looking for Coordinator to Managing DirectorJob Description / ResponsibilitySummery: The Coordinator to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic coordination support to the MD. The role ensures smooth communication between departments, timely execution of strategic initiatives, and efficient day-to-day management support within the feed manufacturing business.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes.Follow up on action points and ensure timely closure.Draft correspondence, internal memos, and external communications.Compile MIS reports (sales, production, raw material procurement, inventory).Analyze data and highlight variances or performance gaps.Prepare board meeting and management review reportsAnalyze data and highlight variances or performance gaps.Monitor ongoing projects (plant expansion, new product launches, etc.).Any other assigned task/reporting by management.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: Operational Management, Communication in English, Communication and interpersonal skill, Strong leadership and interpersonal skillsExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Agro based firms (incl.
