As part of our initiative to enhance student and parent convenience, we are launching on-campus stores offering school uniforms, sportswear, bags, mugs, and other educational souvenirs.Job Summary:The Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment across all assigned sites. The role involves monitoring safety practices, enforcing company safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local safety regulations.Duties & Responsibilities as Safety Supervisor:Conduct safety orientation and training programs for employees and site workers.Enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and HSE standards.Identify, report, and correct unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions.Prevent recurring or lingering unsafe or unhealthy workplace hazards.Monitor site activities to ensure continuous compliance with safety regulations.Assist in accident/incident investigation and recommend corrective actions.Promote early and safe return-to-work practices following incidents or injuries.Maintain HSE records, reports, and safety documentation.Working Conditions:Site-based role with regular field supervision.May require working beyond standard hours in emergencies or special situations.Educational RequirementsDiploma in EngineeringDiploma in Engineering in any discipline or equivalent from a reputed university.Experience Requirements3 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):HospitalKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:3 to 4 years of experience in Project HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) is required.SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong observation and problem-solving skills.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to enforce safety rules firmly and fairly.Leadership and team coordination ability.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
