Copywriter Salary Range: 65-75K per yearLocation: Irvine, CA 5x a weekExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Required Skills & ExperienceQualifications • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, or digital marketing. • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles across web, print, and social media. • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and tone. • Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword integration. • Familiarity with social media content strategy, trends, and analytics. • Experience using CMS tools to manage online content. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.Key Responsibilities • Write compelling, brand-consistent copy for product packaging, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media. • Develop messaging for digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling initiatives. • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment across all platforms. • Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and tone consistency. • Create social media captions and short-form content that drive engagement while maintaining authenticity. • Translate product benefits and scientific concepts into approachable, customer-friendly language. • Conduct market and trend research to keep messaging relevant and competitive. • Work closely with designers and video teams to deliver cohesive storytelling. • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
