It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 3000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.The Role:We’re looking for a Copywriter to help shape the voice of Paddle across every channel — from campaigns and product launches to web pages and event creative.You’ll be part of a small, ambitious creative team that sits at the centre of the brand. Working alongside designers and marketers, you’ll translate complex ideas into simple, memorable language that connects strategy with storytelling.This role is perfect for a writer who can move easily between formats — from sharp campaign headlines to structured web copy and scripts — and who wants to help define how a fast-growing SaaS brand speaks to the world.What you'll do:Write clear, distinctive copy across campaigns, digital, and brand assets.Collaborate closely with designers to develop creative concepts and messaging.Maintain and evolve Paddle’s tone of voice across all touchpoints.Create templates and AI-assisted writing tools to help scale output efficiently.Review and edit copy produced across marketing to ensure clarity and consistency.Translate complex product and technical ideas into simple, human language.Partner with Content and Comms teams to ensure consistent storytelling.Contribute to naming, event concepts, and other creative projects as needed.We'd love to hear from you if you are:A creative writer with a strong sense of tone, rhythm, and storytelling.Experienced writing across digital, brand, and campaign formats.Skilled at turning strategy and briefs into engaging, crafted copy.Collaborative and open to creative feedback — you love refining and improving.Confident using AI tools to ideate, scale, or iterate copy while maintaining quality.Excited by the idea of helping define the brand voice of a global tech company.Everyone is welcome at PaddleAt Paddle, we’re committed to removing invisible barriers, both for our customers and within our own teams.
