Salesforce is looking for hardworking, high EQ and passionate individuals who can effectively articulate how & why our solutions can help transform Customers’ business and exceed their goals.Salesforce aspires to deliver business transformation enabled by technology to its customers and therefore requires individuals able to develop deep insight into the business dynamics of large sophisticated enterprises and help shape customers’ change agenda.Your Day-to-DayOur Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become naturals at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments.You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through existing customers, warm leads and whitespace prospecting.Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accountsDevelop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectivesCoordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needsPerform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignmentShare Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customersDrive growth within an existing assigned accountPreferred QualificationsApprox 10+ years of full-cycle SaaS/SW sales experienceAbility to strategize with a large extended teamPreferred experience with working with Services IndustriesWhat We Look For In YouEffective communicator & quick learner: Ability to articulate how & why our solutions can help transform Customers’ business and exceed their goals.Successfully run complex SaaS sales deals: Ability to develop sophisticated deal structures and commercial proposals for large deals.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead internal stakeholders in a client teamStrong analytical & problem-solving skills are essentialStrong influencing capabilities; must be a self-starter, high-energyStrong appetite to work in a strategic selling environment.Fluent in English and Finnish + Right to work in FinlandAbility to work with a hybrid agreement being at the office 3 days a weekWorking at SalesforceWorking at Salesforce isn’t all about selling.
