About UsWe support our customers in their digitalization journey with our deep technical expertise.GlassHouse (and e& Enterprise owned company) has a rapidly growing business, and it has many opportunities with its dynamic & energetic environment.We have offices in İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, South Africa and Qatar.Come to join us!Basic FunctionsAchieving both quarterly and annual sales goals and objectivesGiving accurate quarterly sales forecastBeing responsible for the overall sales strategies and generating results across all accountsLeveraging appropriate Dell and Glasshouse offerings and expertise to address customer needs to become a trusted advisorWorking on Storage, Server, and Backup infrastructure technology transformation projects and actively participating in the sales of these projectsIdentifying and closing new sales for the defined account setMaintaining current and rolling 12 months forecast and pipelineExpanding the current customer base as well as landing new accountsShortening the sales cycle by focusing the customer on core needs and solutionsMaintaining strong relationship with Dell account team members to close dealsCollaborating or leading Glasshouse Business Unit and Presales team members to close deals,Having depth knowledge of Dell and Glasshouse productsFollowing industry trends and technologieBeing able to manage profit-based opportunities to achieve yearly goals and growth strategiesQualificationsUniversity Degree from a reputable universityMinimum 5 years of experience in the Telco, Finance, and Commercial customer segmentsHas excellent written & verbal communication skills both in Turkish and EnglishAbility to manage new sales opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customersAbility to apply infrastructure technology to solve business problemsSkilled in problem-solving, customer-focused, willing to take responsibilityAble to manage relationships with manufacturers and distributorsHighly motivated, disciplined, with an analytical mindset, and focused on success and resultsBasic understanding of contracts, terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate standard and nonstandard T&Cs
