Corporate Sales & Events ExecutiveLocation: Near Tai Seng MRTAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and outgoing Corporate Sales & Events Executive to join our team. This role blends sales, client relations, and event coordination — ideal for someone passionate about the F&B, luxury, and lifestyle industry. You’ll play a key role in driving corporate sales, supporting event execution, and helping to grow our brand presence through creative engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate SalesGenerate and manage leads from corporate clients, event partners, and key accounts.Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries.Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Work closely with marketing to identify new outreach opportunities and campaigns.Events & OperationsAssist in the setup, coordination, and execution of corporate and private events.Liaise with venue partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth event flow.Support product presentation, tasting sessions, and brand activations.Oversee logistics such as stock movement, display setup, and bar/event materials.Provide on-site support during corporate events (weekday evenings or weekends where required).Administrative & ReportingMaintain and update CRM / sales pipeline reports.Coordinate invoicing and post-event documentation.Support the team in ad-hoc duties related to marketing or sales operations.RequirementsWilling to learn and speak to people from all industries1–2 years of experience in corporate sales, event management, or hospitality preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Keen interest in wines, spirits, and luxury lifestyle events is a plus.What We OfferAttractive commission structure with growth potential.Exposure to premium brand partnerships and corporate events.Supportive and dynamic work environment with room for creativity.Employer's empowermentOpportunity to be part of unique brand activations, tastings, and launches.
