Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Singapore. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and address client inquiries professionally. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, overseeing the project delivery lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and resolving any service-related issues. The Account Manager will also develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and build long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong customer relationship management skills, with an ability to address client needs and build long-term partnershipsProject management capabilities, including planning, coordinating, and delivering logistics solutionsProficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and using CRM toolsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with logistics and supply chain processes or experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
