Our clients are in retail, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries, with a majority based in Visayas, Mindanao, Northern Luzon, and Greater Metro Manila.Role DescriptionOversee the company’s general accounting and financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities.Manage tax compliance, ensuring all statutory reports, filings, and payments are completed accurately and on time.Supervise revenue, billing, and collection processes, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.Review and monitor expenses and disbursements, maintaining accuracy and adherence to company policies.Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support decision-making and performance monitoring.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with solid exposure to tax compliance and general accounting.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plusStrong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldExperience in a corporate or consultancy setting is advantageous
