You'll be responsible for the high-quality administration of a portfolio of corporate clients, including the client acceptance process, aspects of the ongoing administration and financial management, and the termination or transfer out of the client entities.In return, we can offer you an exciting place to work with exposure to varied and challenging work that enables you to grow both personally and professionally.If you would like to be a part of our friendly and supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.About the roleIn this role you will:Effectively manage the day-to-day registered office activities of a dedicated portfolioEnsure the timely and accurate collection, review, and maintenance of KYC documentation for entities, directors, shareholders, and related parties.Conduct due diligence checks in line with local regulatory requirements and company policies.Prepare and file statutory documents with local authorities, including the Registrar of Companies and other relevant regulatory bodies.Maintain accurate client records within corporate databases and ensure proper filing of documentation.Manage annual returns, amendments to registers, strike offs, liquidations, transfers-out, de-registrations and statutory filingsReview and completion of know your client proceduresParticipate in the development and implementation of new controls and processes around support activities of the RO business as neededEnsure that all matter management issues including statutory and regulatory requirements are satisfactorily managedCommunicate professionally with clients, agents, and third-party service providers.Review minutes, resolutions and documentation received and appropriate action takenGeneration of annual fee invoices and interim invoices as requiredRecord and monitor fixed fee, assisting with billing and debt collection.About youA relevant professional qualification is preferred.Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in corporate administrative onboarding.Proven experience with a strong focus on onboarding new business and a comprehensive understanding of corporate administration.Working knowledge of Viewpoint, CORIS, CAP, REEFS, and general client database systems is essential.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work as part of a team to achieve common goals.
