Corporate Associate

The Agency has partnered with a well-regarded offshore firm to hire an Associate for their Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's top offshore law firms.As part of a high-performing transactional team, you would be working with key global clients on an array of cross-border transactions. As the successful Associate, you would advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, IPOs, private equity and VC. You would also regularly be involved in business development initiatives and contribute to the development of the firm's corporate practice.Requirements:3-5 PQE with corporate experience at a reputable law firm.Strong preference for local candidates.If qualified overseas, from an eligible jurisdiction such as England & Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada.Excellent academic record.The firm could offer a salary of US$160,000-$190,000 + significant bonus potential.
