Legal Secretary (Corporate) A leading offshore law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its growing Corporate team. This newly created position arises from continued expansion, with several new fee earners joining the practice which truly shows the success of this team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-level administrative and legal support across all arms of this corporate department including structured finance, funds, and regulatory matters.Caymanian, permanent residency and status holders’ applications will be prioritised. Key Responsibilities:Provide proactive administrative and legal support to corporate lawyers.Liaise with local regulatory agencies (e.g. ROC, CIMA), internal teams, and international clients.Manage and coordinate various corporate filings, including REEFs and CORIS submissions.Oversee diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting scheduling.Prepare, process, and track monthly billing and invoicing.Assist with the preparation and formatting of legal documents.Support time recording and reporting for fee earners.Conduct conflict checks and assist with KYC processes for new business.The Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a legal secretary within a corporate or professional services environment.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise competing demands.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident liaising with senior stakeholders and clients.A highly competitive salary and remuneration package is on offer with this prestigious top tier law firm.
