Role OverviewCorporate Business Development Manager (B2B) will lead the end-to-end sales strategy and execution for the corporate and institutional segment. This role requires both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who can identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and build a high-performing B2B sales team that delivers measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a strategic plan to grow GQ’s B2B and corporate sales channels.Identify new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and institutional clients.Lead and coach the B2B sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Oversee the proposal process — from quotation and product selection to contract negotiation and delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, and Production) to develop customized solutions and ensure seamless execution.Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.Represent GQ at trade shows, networking events, and corporate functions to expand brand visibility.Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 5 'years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management.Proven success in managing sales teams and achieving business growth.Experience in fashion, retail, FMCG, or corporate gifting industries preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Excellent business acumen and ability to create tailored client solutions.Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (written and spoken).Confident, polished, and professional presentation that aligns with GQ’s brand image.
