Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting one of the leading holding companies in the food distribution industry in their search for a Corporate Communication Senior Specialist, to be based at their South Jakarta office.Key Responsibilities:Develop and update the Group’s GCG (Good Corporate Governance) guidelines.Prepare the annual agenda and meeting materials for the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).Organize and facilitate meetings of the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and GMS.Ensure follow-up actions from meeting decisions are properly implemented.Conduct GCG self-assessments and prepare GCG evaluation reports.Develop corporate communication strategies and manage information disclosure.Prepare and publish the annual report and sustainability report.Manage relationships with regulators, associations, investors, and external stakeholders.Handle crisis communication, press releases, and external publications.Manage the Group’s CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs and prepare the annual CSR report.Manage the company’s social media and digital communication channels to maintain reputation and enhance public engagement.Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Communication, Management, or International Relations.Strong academic background in corporate governance, compliance, and corporate communication.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Governance, Compliance, or Corporate Communication.Corporate Governance Implementation: Develop, implement, and monitor GCG principles (transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness).Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with external (OJK, IDX, Ministry of Law and Human Rights) and internal regulations.Corporate Communication Strategy: Design and execute internal and external communication strategies to protect and enhance corporate reputation.Media Relations & Crisis Communication: Manage media relationships, prepare press releases, and handle crisis communications.Corporate Reporting: Prepare GCG reports, sustainability reports, and corporate communication disclosures in compliance with regulations.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with regulators, partners, and the public to strengthen company reputation.Planning & Organizational Management (POAC): Develop and implement annual work plans, and monitor team effectiveness.
