Job Description

Job ObjectiveTo organize and manage the company’s internal and external events, and coordinate activities related to internal and external communications to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and draft official internal communications and announcements addressed to employees.Manage and publish content across internal communication channels (email, digital screens, internal platforms, and internal communication apps).Coordinate internal campaigns related to national occasions, corporate values, and internal initiatives.Design and schedule weekly and monthly newsletters and messages directed to employees.Update internal content to reflect the company’s identity and organizational culture.Monitor feedback and engagement with published messages, and prepare reports on reach and interaction levels.Support HR and Marketing teams in delivering messages related to internal programs and initiatives.Develop written and visual content for internal screens to promote awareness of company projects and achievements.Contribute to enhancing internal communication approaches and unifying the corporate communication tone.Coordinate newsletters, alerts, and notifications related to internal events, meetings, and occasions.Collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy and consistency of messages prior to publication.Archive all internal messages and content to ensure accessibility and proper documentation.Contribute to improving the employee experience through effective internal communication.Monitor and analyze performance indicators (number of views, engagement rates, employee satisfaction with communication channels).Document and photograph internal events.Innovate new methods and approaches for internal communication.Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage crises and work under pressure.Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital media management.Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or any related field.Specialized training certificates related to photography and video production.Computer proficiency certificate.
