This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys managing both the day-to-day and strategic aspects of finance in a dynamic environment. ThJob ResponsibilitiesManage and perform monthly close of consolidated financials for multiple entitiesPrepare monthly financial statements for both internal management and external stakeholdersCoordinate with external CPA firm for annual financial reviews and certificationsSupervise a team of 7Oversee vendor invoicing, payment resolution, and vendor pricing negotiationsMaintain and monitor internal accounting controlsEnsure compliance with tax reporting and payment requirements (sales tax, payroll tax, property tax, income tax)Evaluate and manage company medical benefits plan rollout annuallyQualificationsBS in Accounting, MBA or CPA a bonus.8+ years of Accounting and Finance experience preferredStrong understanding of accounting theory and practices.Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP, including willingness to research and resolve accounting applications.Proficient in ERP software experienceExperience with expense reporting and invoice processing
